Greensboro, N.C. -- It's time to get serious about your health!
PACE of the Triad wants to help you get started on Saturday, April 5, 2014. The group is hosting it's annual Let's Move Community Health & Fitness Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at its office in Greensboro.
You can participate in fun physical activities on Saturday. The event will feature line dancing and Zumba demonstrations throughout the day and then you can relax with a free massage and spinal screening.
Enjoy cooking demonstrations and expert advice from doctors who will provide free health screenings to check blood pressure, body fat, back strength, posture and vision.
Dr. Roosevelt Smith, a chiropractor with Health First Chiropractic and Rehabilitation talked about the health fair as well as the benefits of being in good, overall health, Wednesday on the Good Morning Show.
