BURLINGTON, NC -- It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to pull off a big production. But after months and months of practice, It's finally a go for a group of kids in Burlington.

It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to pull off a big production. But after months and months of practice, It's finally a go for a group of kids in Burlington.

Bethany Baker, an instructor at The Burlington School, and a group of her students joined the Good Morning Show crew on Tuesday to share a preview of their upcoming musical, "The Music Man,Jr."

Baker said this is the school's very first musical production. Not only have the students been working tirelessly, they've been learning a lot too.

You can watch the video to see the students perform one of their acts.

If you want to take the family to see "The Music Man Jr." this weekend, there are three performances.

The Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10 performances are at 7 PM. The Sunday, May 11 performance is at 2 PM.

All three performances are at the Paramount Theatre in Downtown Burlington. Tickets cost $8.
