GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The same old excuses to avoid exercise won't work this time.

Give 80's Dance Fitness a try and you won't be disappointed. Promise! You will have a blast working out to the music and getting your heart rate up with the dance moves.

"It's accidental fitness," said Beth McKinney, the Wellness Director at the Spears Family YMCA. "It's the best type of fitness because you're having so much fun, you don't realize that you're working out."

McKinney demonstrated the fun and cardio-dance moves Thursday on the Good Morning Show.

WFMY News 2 Anchors Tracey McCain, Jackie Fernandez and Lauren Melvin all joined in. Thank goodness they only broke out into a sweat and didn't break any bones. You don't want to miss this video. Be sure to press play in the video section of this story and then give the fun fitness classes a try.

Fitness By The Fountain takes place every Monday and Wednesday at Greensboro's Center City Park through September. The free fitness classes are from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. right near the fountain.
