GREENSBORO, N.C. -- WFMY News 2's Tools For School battle of the sexes got heated for a good cause. It was the WFMY News 2 men who came out with the win gathering 25 Tools For School bins and the ladies helped out by collecting 13 bins filled with school supplies.

The WFMY News 2 men devised a plan after the ladies won the WFMY News 2 Food Fight.

The guys of WFMY collected school supplies at the Walmart on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro, taking on the ladies of WFMY News in the Tools for School Campaign.

However on Wednesday the ladies represented at the Walmart on Wendover in Greensboro, starting with the Good Morning Show and on through the 5 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts.

It was the WFMY News 2 men who came out with the win gathering 25 Tools For School bins and the ladies helped out by collecting 13 bins filled with school supplies.

Then on Thursday the men devised a plan that included ice cream, hot dogs, and a chance to dunk Frank Mickens in the water among many others. It started off on the Good Morning Show with Eric Chilton and Patrick Wright. They both did a Tools for School rap in response to Jackie Fernandez's and Meghann Mollerus's serenade,
