GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Charlie & Ruth Jones from City 616 create four unique versions of the classic peanut butter sandwich.
Their new shop, "PB & Java" is opening in November and they stopped by The Good Morning Show to give you a preview of what you'll get. Their sandwiches all feature peanut butter, but they also offer alternatives for folks with nut allergies. They suggest one that is soy based and another one from sunflower seeds.
The ingredients for all the sandwiches is simple. Pick your favorite bread, your peanut butter of choice, and have a panini press. If you don't, you can toast it or cook it the way you would a grilled cheese sandwich.
