The inspector said sausage wasn't being cooked continuously. They've since changed the way they cook it. And shelving, kitchen equipment and refrigeration areas all needed to be cleaned. Which they told us they've done.

The inspector said several items in the refrigerator were spoiled, moldy and no longer safe to eat. Other items were not date marked and they were being kept longer than the seven day allowance. The inspector plans to return on Friday, to make sure the problems are corrected.

According to the inspection report, several food items were stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler. And about half of the foods were not date marked. The inspector plans to return to make sure the restaurant is in compliance with date marks. But the manager told us they're working on it.

The inspector said an employee touched a cooked pizza with their bare hands. There were no paper towels available at the handwashing sink, so employees could dry their hands, and there was not a Certified Food Protection Manager present. The owner said they've fixed the problems.
