The inspector said an employee didn't wash their hands when they were supposed to and dishes, pans and utensils needed additional cleaning.

Also, some food items weren't date marked. They were being kept longer than the seven days allowed. The general manager told us they're fixing all of the problems and have already requested a re-inspection.
