According to the inspection report, an employee was preparing salad without gloves and raw chicken and raw eggs were stored next to the carrots and cucumbers. Both of those problems were corrected during the inspection. But there was also a pan of meat sauce that had been in the walk-in cooler for 9 days, which is 5 days longer than allowed. It was thrown away during the inspection.

The inspector said there was food debris and build-up on plates, bowls and kitchen equipment. The ice machine was moldy. There were flies in the kitchen. And some hot soup had to be reheated to a safe temperature. The manager told us they're making changes, so they can be re-inspected.
