The inspector said food items weren't being held at the proper temperature and food was stored improperly in the cooler. The problems were corrected during the inspection.

According to the inspection report, raw beef was stored incorrectly. Peanuts and buns were stored on the floor of the walk-cooler. And there were dead roaches on the floor in the storage area. A representative with the Winston-Salem Dash told us they have corrected the problems.

The inspector watched an employee touch raw steak to put it on the grill and then went to prepare a sandwich without changing gloves! The sandwich had to be thrown own. Also, raw bacon was stored and handled improperly.
