GREENSBORO, N.C. – A car flipped and hit an Arby's on Friday morning in Greensboro.

The accident happened around 10 a.m. at the location on Summit Avenue.

Police say 32-year-old Bruno Marshall was driving fast on Bessemer Avenue, toward Summit Avenue, when he lost control. His 2002 Toyota Avalon crossed both oncoming lanes of traffic and hit the fast-food restaurant.

Responding officers said Marshall and his passenger were out of the vehicle and alert when they arrived. They went to the hospital for minor injuries.

According to police, the Arby's was not damaged.

Marshall is charged with Driving with a Revoked License and Reckless Driving.
