WEATHER SUMMARY:
Our strong weather system is moving out of the Triad and pushing up the East Coast. For us here, we're still going to look out for a stray shower or maybe a storm for the Friday evening hours, but the threat for any severe weather has ended. Temperatures will fall from around 80 down to around 60 overnight.
As the weekend arrives, our cold front will swing through and pleasant dry air will arrive. Lower humidity is with us for Saturday, with lots of sunshine and highs around 80 degrees. On Sunday, we'll get a little bit warmer with highs around 85. On Monday, it will be in the upper 80s
With high pressure in control, we're not expecting any rain over the next several days. Lots of sunshine through next week. As June arrives, high temperatures will be near 90 degrees many days. The next front will arrive next Friday.
The normal high is 80, and the normal low is 60.
