BURLINGTON, N.C. — Guacamole & Pico de Gallo

Ingredients: 

1 cup of finely diced tomatoes

1 cup of finely chopped cilantro

½ cup of onions finely chopped

Juice of 2 limes

3 avocados

Recipe:

Smash the avocados then add the veggies all together season with salt, pepper and lime juice.

Empanadas

Ingredients:

Pack of empanadas for fryer

1-pound Ground beef

¼ onions finely chopped

1 garlic clove

Salt and pepper

Recipe:

Cook ground beef with onions and garlic and stuff empanadas with it then fry them.

Carne Asada

Ingredients:

3 steaks of flank steak

Rice

Beans

Guacamole 

Pico de Gallo

Recipe:

Place steaks in a grill and make it well done, season with salt and use rice, beans, guacamole and pico de gallo to garnish.
