CHARLOTTE, NC -- Imagine being born so long ago that birth records weren't even officially recorded! Well, that's exactly the dilemma for one NC woman.

According to WBTV, while Hester Ford celebrates her 113th birthday, it could very well actually be her 114th.

A census dating back to April 28, 1910, lists Ford as 5 year-years-old, meaning Ford could have been born in 1904 instead of 1905.

If the information is true, Ford would become the oldest living person in the United States. She currently ranks in at number four.

Ford grew up in South Carolina as the youngest daughter of a farmer.

She learned the value of family and hard work at a very young age.

She raised 12 children with her husband in Charlotte, and now has 58 grandchildren and more than 120-great-grandchildren!

Though hearing impaired and suffering from age-related memory loss, Ford is still able to eat and walk on her own!

As far as her family's concerned, they could care less about Hester's official age.

They say they are thankful and blessed beyond measure to still have such an important an influential woman in their lives.

Ford contributes her faith to her longevity here on earth.

Without missing a beat, she can still recite Psalm 23 as if she learned it yesterday.

Whether 113 or 114 HAPPY BIRTHDAY HESTER!!!!!!
