It's the season of giving and more than 120 lucky Fairview Elementary 3rd grade students got a very special surprise Monday. They got brand new bikes and helmets thanks to the High Point Police and United Healthcare.
It all started earlier this year when students were asked to write about kindness.
After personalizing their brand new helmets, kids got proper safety lessons from the police department, and learned about the importance of exercising and eating healthy.
