Triad apartments sell for $13.23 million

It's the 2nd owner for the apartment complex in the past month.

HIGH POINT, N.C. — A Triad apartment community was sold for $13.23 million in a deal that closed Wednesday, according to Guilford County records.

Greystone Capital Hight Point, an LLC sharing an address with Greystone Capital Holdings LLC of Charlotte, bought the 192-unit Ambassador Court complex from Southwood Realty of Gastonia.

Ambassador Court, built in 1984, is located at 2501 Ambassador Court, just southeast of the intersection of Interstate 74 and N.C. 68 in High Point, only two miles from High Point University.

Greystone Capital bought Springbrook Apartments late last month for $19.4 million.
