GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Triad tech startup is merging with its own spinoff company and moving to Charlotte.
Dais X, an information technology and business services consulting company launched in Greensboro in 2017, is merging with Dais AI, an artificial intelligence company created later that year.
The former will envelop the latter ahead of the move to the Queen City, which the company said is centered around the ability to continue to grow and recruit investors.
“In alignment with our strategic plan, the decision to combine these businesses will allow Dais X to sharpen its focus as a leading digital transformation partner to middle-market companies,” President and CEO Neal Davis said.
Davis is listed as acting chief growth officer for Dais AI.
