WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Primo Water Corp. (Nasdaq: PRMW) fired President and CEO Matt Sheehan on Tuesday and appointed Billy D. Prim, the company's founder and executive chairman, as interim president and CEO.
“The Board of Directors is committed to enhancing stockholder value. When execution fell short of our expectations, we concluded it was time for a leadership change,” said Susan Cates, Primo Water’s lead independent director.
“We remain confident in Primo Water’s ability to generate sustainable and profitable growth.”
