WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A Triad hotel near a major mall sold for $6.73 million in a transaction that closed Thursday.
Mansa Hospitality Winston, managed by Rakenkumar Shah of Greensboro, bought the Courtyard by Marriott (NASDAQ: MAR) Winston-Salem Hanes Mall at 1600 Westbrook Plaza Drive from Apple Hospitality REIT of Richmond, Virginia.
