NC Highway Patrol is Recruiting New Troopers

NC Highway Patrol is recruiting new state troopers.

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Interested in becoming a state trooper? The NC State Highway Patrol is looking for qualified applicants.

The NCSHP will be hosting Open House Informational Sessions across the state to attract new recruits for Troops E, F, G, and H.

Troop E covers many Triad counties including Surry, Stokes, Yadkin, Forsyth, Davie, Davidson, and Montgomery. Rowan, Cabarrus, and Stanly counties are also included in this troop.

The information session for Troop E is on Tuesday, August 14 from 6-8 p.m. in the Reich Building at Davidson County Community College. Interested applicants should RSVP to Master Trooper Roy E. Carroll by emailing roy.carroll@ncdps.gov.

Troop F: Thursday, August 16, 6-8 p.m. at Troop F Headquarters located at 1033 Smyre Farm Road, Newton, NC 28658. RSVP at Eric.J.Phillips@ncdps.gov

Troop G: Thursday, August 23, 6-8 p.m. at Troop G Headquarters located at 600 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC 28805. RSVP at Eddie.Hobson@ncdps.gov

Troop H: Thursday, August 16, 6-8 p.m.at Troop Headquarters located at 2206 Fowler Secrest Road, Monroe, NC 28110. RSVP at Tiffany.Ratliff@ncdps.gov or Justin.Garner@ncdps.gov
