Greensboro Store Hit Twice in Same Week By Armed Robber: Sheriff

Both robberies happened at the Hicone Stop Convenience Store in the morning. Investigators say the suspect is over 6 ft. tall.

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A convenience store has been the target of an armed robbery twice in the same week.

Guilford County Sheriff's Office believes the suspect is the same in both cases that happened at the Hicone Stop Convenience Store.

Investigators say the first robbery happened on Sunday around 9 a.m. The second robbery happened Thursday at about the time of day.

Deputies say the suspect was described as a man over 6 ft. tall. He was armed with a handgun in both robberies. Deputies say he got away with money.
