GREENSBORO, N.C. — Two people were shot in Greensboro Saturday. 

According to the Greensboro Police Department, the incident happened around 2:02 p.m at the intersection of Vandalia and South Holden Road. 

When police arrived on the scene, they found one person with a gunshot wound. The person was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to Greensboro Police Public Information Officer Ron Glenn, a second person who was also shot. That person was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing.
