The debut track from the soundtrack will be "Here I Am", a song performed by Sia and Parton that will be available for people to stream and download starting Friday, September 14.

Knoxville — Dolly Parton announced in a tweet on Wednesday afternoon that Netflix will be releasing Dumplin' later this year, a movie Parton has worked on as the executive producer for the soundtrack. The soundtrack will be released on November 30, she said in her tweet.

Parton worked with Grammy nominee Linda Perry on six new original compositions for the film, as well as "newly-recorded collaborations of some of her most popular songs," a news release said on her website.

The film will be about a plus-size teenage girl who "revolutionizes" her mom's beauty pageant in her small Texas town when she signs up for it as a protest and other contestants do the same.

The debut track from the soundtrack will be "Here I Am", a song performed by Sia and Parton that will be available for people to stream and download starting Friday, September 14. The song was originally written and recorded by Parton and was on her Coat of Many Colors album in 1971, the release said. The new recording is a "striking vocal re-imagination" of the song.

Other stars featured on the soundtrack include Miranda Lambert, Mavis Staples, Elle King, Alison Kraus, Rhonda Vincent, Danielle MacDonald and Jennifer Aniston.

The film stars MacDonald and Aniston, as well as Odeya Rush, Dove Cameron and Harold Perrineau and is directed by Anne Fletcher, the release said.
