Even Florida Georgia Line would be proud of this school's parody to "Meant To Be!"
Teachers in Stokes County get students ready for EOGs

STOKES COUNTY, N.C. -- Let’s face it, end-of-grade tests are just stressful but they don’t have to be with caring teachers by your side.

London Elementary with Stokes County Schools is getting students pumped up for EOGs with a parody of “Meant To Be” by Florida Georgia Line!

The music video includes teachers holding signs reading, “Read carefully” and “You can pass the EOG.”

It includes dancing teachers and students all smiles about hitting the books. The song also gives test-taking tips like getting extra sleep, making sure you eat and reading carefully.

The lyrics in part:

No need to take a test too fast.

Just be proud of where you’re at.

Who knows where your road will lead, got plenty of time.

As long as you pass the EOG everything is going to be alright.

CHORUS

Use your strategies, can believe, can believe you can pass the EOGS.

Come on try with me, try with me, see just what you know.

Use your strategies, can believe, can believe you can pass the EOGS.

We don’t mean to be so uptight.

We believe in all you.

Come on girls and guys, get the answers right.

We want you to try, want you to try.

Cause we want you to move up and show us what you’re made of. Kids make us believe.

Whoa hold up kids make sure your bellies are full and get plenty of sleep.

Go back and review.

CHORUS

Use your strategies, can believe, can believe you can pass the EOGS.

Come on try with me, try with me, see just what you know.

Use your strategies, can believe, can believe you can pass the EOGS.
