The first week Daylight Saving Time can be rough, after losing a whole hour of sleep. Try these tricks to make it easier.

Some people feel more tired after we sprung forward over the weekend. One of the keys to fighting fatigue is outside. 

Consumer Reports has some advice to feel more awake. First, get to bright light as early as possible. The sun can nudge your body's rhythm in the direction it needs to go.

Try not to schedule early morning meetings this week. Your brain might need an extra hour or so to kick in. 

And skip the afternoon espresso. No coffee after 2 pm will make sure you can get to bed earlier.
