5 Charged In Multi-Agency Pinnacle Area Drug Bust

Four were charged with felony counts of methamphetamine possession.

PINNACLE, N.C. (WFMY) — Five people in the Pinnacle area were arrested last week, police said; four of which were charged with possessing several drugs including methamphetamine.

State, county and local police on Sept. 14 executed a search warrant at 2876 Perch Rd., Surry County Sheriff Jimy Combs said. Mount Airy police, Stokes County sheriff's deputies and NCSBI assisted.

According to Sheriff Combs, detectives seized a small amount of meth, marijuana, Alprazolam pills, two handguns and various items of drug paraphernalia.

Misty Bledsoe, 40, of Dobson, was charged with possession of methamphetamine (felony), possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana (felony), maintaining a drug vehicle (felony), simple possession of schedule VI Alprazolam (misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor, two counts).

Bledsoe was issued a $20,000 unsecured bond.

Tabatha Castevens, 40, of Pinnacle, was charged with possession of methamphetamine (felony), maintaining a drug dwelling (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor) and six outstanding orders for arrests for failure to appear.

Castevens was issued a $65,000 secured bond.

Jimmy Davis, 48, of Rural Hill, was charged with possession of methamphetamine (felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor). He was issued a $2,500 secured bond.

Kevin Holt, 33, of Pilot Mountain, was charged with an outstanding fugitive from justice warrant from Virginia for felony probation violation. He was issued a $10,000 secured bond.

Angela Turney, 35, of Pinnacle, was charged with possession of methamphetamine (felony) and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor). Turney was issued a $1,000 secured bond.
