$7,000 Reward Offered For Info in Greensboro Man's Murder

Christopher Young was found shot at Sedgefield Square apartment complex in the 4200 block of Bernau Avenue on the night of October 6, 2018.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The reward for information in the death of Christopher Young has increased to $7,000 after a $5,000 anonymous donation.

Young was found shot at Sedgefield Square apartment complex in the 4200 block of Bernau Avenue on the night of October 6, 2018. 

The 28-year-old died the next day.

The $5,000 reward is in addition to the Crime Stoppers reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest in the homicide case.  

Young graduated from North Carolina A&T in 2012. Young worked at BB&T, liked to play basketball and was a mentor to young people.
