Investigators say the callers know customers' full names, addresses, and even what their bill is. The callers claim to have partnered with E-Bay. They tell callers if you want to get your Direct-TV bill cut in half you can pay in advance with E-bay gift cards. But that isn’t true at all! If you give them the card information that money is gone.
