WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Firefighters rescued a man Wednesday night who was trapped in a car after hitting a building in Winston-Salem.
The Winston-Salem Police Department said Gregory Scott Young hit the building at 5600 Country Club Road. He was trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters worked to extract him from his car. He was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Police have not said if Young will be charged or what caused the crash.
