Protesters enter Sam's Club, shut down W. Wendover Avenue

A smaller group of about 40 people have gathered along W. Wendover Avenue in Greensboro. Police have shut down parts of the road to accommodate the marchers.

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Parts of W. Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, North Carolina were shut down Sunday afternoon to accommodate a group of protesters.

About 40 people gathered at Sam's Club on W. Wendover and marched down the street chanting, WFMY News 2's Itinease McMiller reported.
