GREENSBORO, NC -- Don't miss this! A Triad resource for families in need is celebrating another year and they want you to join the celebration!

Catherine Johnson with the Family Justice Center joined Meghann Mollerus to talk about their second anniversary!

The FJC is a one-stop-shop for victims of child, elder, and adult domestic and sexual violence to get the help that need. The partnership, which includes over 60 professionals from 15 different disciplines work together to provide easily accessible services like safety planning, navigating the criminal justice system, legal help, access to share, and much more.

Since opening, they have helped just under 11,000 people.

The anniversary event is on Thursday, June 15 from 8:30a -9:00a and will celebrate their accomplishments while also highlighting the important role men play in ending violence and abuse. It will also include a men for a change pledge. It celebrates the important role men play in ending domestic violence. The ceremony will include a call to action from community leaders and an invitation for all in attendance to sign the Men For Change pledge. Their goal is to have 1,000 signatures by June 30th.
