WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- It's all going down at Mission Pizza Napoletana on Monday, May 8, 2017.
The restaurant's popular Knife Fight series returns featuring two local culinary chefs facing off in a head-to-heard cooking competition.  The third installment features Winston-Salem chefs Shane Moore of Foothills Brewing vs Jeff Bacon of Providence Restaurant and Catering and Triad Community Kitchen.
"Each chef prepares multiple courses, incorporating a secret ingredient revealed just minutes prior, showcasing their talent and improvisation under an one hour time clock and a tomato-throwing crowd," explained Mission Pizza owner, Peyton Smith.
This year's Knife Fight Competition will also feature a tap takeover by Foothills Brewing.  Enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres, local beer and Italian wine specials and a front row seat to watch to of the area's best chef's compete in a fun yet demanding culinary competition.
"Each ticket holder will also have a chance to serve on the judging panel to determine which chef takes the win."
Knife Fight Vol. 3 is partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank Monday, so don't forget to bring canned goods for donations.  Mission Pizza will also donate 20% of the proceeds to the organization.
