GREENSBORO, N.C.-- It's one of the most unique and fun ways to get in shape. Knockerball or bubble soccer is so popular it actually has a national league nowadays. It can be played in a variety of ways but the most popular is similar to soccer. Players wear a giant plastic bubble around them while they attempt to kick the ball downfield and in the goal. Bouncing off other players and the ground make this challinging and hilarious at the same time.

This weekend there is a Knockerball Explosion happening at the Triad Basketball Academy at 803 Waugh Street in Greensboro on Saturday from 2 to 5pm. You have to be at least 8-years-old to participate.

Tickets start at $5 and you can get more information by checking out their website or give them a call at (336) 965-3452.
