Eric Chilton joined with Chef Jeff Barton with Green Valley Grill to highlight a couple of their award winning brunch menu items. These dishes are a part of the menu that won both Green Valley Grill and Print Works Bistro the title of Top 100 Brunch Restaurants in the country by OpenTable.com. There were only 3 North Carolina restaurants in the list. The other one was in Charlotte (Cafe Monte).
Both Print Works and Green Valley Grill are owned by Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels.
