GREENSBORO, N.C. -- There's a new way to get around the Triad and check out all the local breweries at the same time!

There's a new business in town called Tap Hopper Tours. Co-owners Patrick Sanecki and Niels Larsen joined the Good Morning Show this week to show folks how they can get in on the fun.

Tap Hopper Tours is Greensboro's first craft brewery tour company. They've partnered with breweries, distilleries and tap houses throughout the city.

Each tour lasts about three hours. It involves three stops. Participants get insightful tours of the actual production facilities, taste samples of both year-round and seasonal creations, and have the opportunity to get more beer to enjoy at the tasting room or to take home.

The tour is paced to allow its members to rub elbows with other beer lovers at each location. You can also choose to purchase a growler or crowler to take home with you. The bus is equipped with coolers, so folks can store their beer between stops.

All participants must be at least 21 years old and you must have valid picture ID to attend.

Some of Tap Hopper Tours' partners include:

Natty Greene's
Fainting Goat Spirits
Pig Pounder
World of Beer

Preyer Brewing Co.
Four Saints Brewing Company

Tap Hopper Tours has plans to open future routes in Winston-Salem and High Point.

Sanecki said if you have already been to the breweries on the list, the tour offers a new perspective.

"You'll get to see the 120 year old beer cellar in the Natty's basement. You'll meet the owners and brew masters of these places. You'll learn why each place may be close in proximity but vastly different in the approach to craft beverages. You'll hear the background and stories first hand. But best of all at the end of it you'll have 13 new friends!" Sanecki said.

If you want more information or you'd like to book a tour, you can visit Tap Hopper Tours website. You can also find them on Facebook. Make sure you mention you saw the segment on The Good Morning Show on WFMY News 2!
