HIGH POINT, N.C. -- You can experience The Lion King like never before. T.W. Andrews High School wants you to feel the joy and experience "Hakuna Matata" through your favorite characters Simba, Nala, Timon and Pumba this weekend.

The school's music department presents The Lion King Friday, Dec. 2, Saturday, Dec. 3 and Sunday, Dec. 4 in the T.W. High School auditorium.

"You're going to see some really good singing and some really good acting," said Jason Heath, the school's Director of Bands. "It's a joy to work with the kids on such a large production. The Lion King is one of my favorite musicals so I was so excited when the kids decided to do The Lion King. So please come out and check it out."

The T.W. Andrews Music Department Presents The Lion King Friday, Dec. 2 - Sunday Dec., 3, 2016. The show will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door. The school is located at 1920 McGuinn Drive in High Point.
