WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A silver alert is still in effect for a missing 30-year-old Winston-Salem woman and police have now added the case to its criminal investigation division.
Tuesday, Winston-Salem Police confirmed the disappearance of Kristen Leigh McNeal is now a criminal investigation. She was last seen on February 17 in the 4100 block of Winter Hue.
Officers say McNeal left in a 1989 White Oldsmobile with license plate DCN-1576. The car is a four-door sedan, the hood and fenders are spraypainted black. The car has a spare tire on the back left driver’s side.
Winston-Salem Police say her destination is unknown, but she may be in the Kernersville area.
Police say McNeal may be wearing black leggings, a white hoodie, and a pair of black, white, and pink Nike shoes.
