WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- The Winston-Salem Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for 30-year-old Deshea Demario Butler.
He was last seen on August 22, 2018 and was wearing a royal blue shirt. Police say Butler suffers from a cognitive impairment.
