GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro city crews responded to a gasket issue Friday.
The incident happened at 7902 W. Friendly Ave. near the intersection of North Chimney Rock Rd, the city announced in a release.
Water Resource crews notified customers the water in the vicinity of the break would be turned off.
Customers were without water for serval hours due to the gasket issue.
According to Jake Keys, City of Greensboro, the issue was fixed around 5:00 p.m.
The three apartment complexes that were affected were the following:
- 7029 West Apartments
- Friendly Plantation Apartments
- Brushwood Park Apartments
