Schools, roads, and tracking snow potential | Thursday updates

Crews continue to clean up icy roads on Thursday.

GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — The WFMY News 2 Weather Team is tracking the possibility of some more snow showers heading our way. Our weather team received a viewer video from Stokes County, showing snowflakes falling there around 2 p.m.

Several Triad school districts, including Guilford County, opted to go remote Thursday while cleanup continues on neighborhood roads. Meanwhile, WS/FCS closed for the third day in a row.
