HIGH POINT, N.C. — She’s counting bills! A High Point fast-food worker is $200,000 richer thanks to a lucky Mega Bucks lottery ticket.

Elizabeth Goss said, “I’ve always thought that one day I would win that $200,000 and yesterday was that day!”

The fast-food worker who’s a cashier at the restaurant said she was still in the store by herself when she saw she won!

“It felt funny,” she said. “I thought, ‘Oh, Lord, I’m going to have a heart attack right in here.’ I just felt funny.”

Goss bought the winning Mega Bucks ticket at the F&B Mart on North Main Street in High Point after she stopped to fill up her car with gas.
