GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A section of I-40 Westbound will close this weekend between the I-85 split (Exit 131) and the merge at US-29/70/220 (exit 222).

Crews will be paving and adding a new traffic shift to the highway. It will help improve the condition of the roadway and make it safer for drivers.
