Wilkesboro, N.C.-- A disabled woman is unhappy with the owner of a dog named Happy. That's because, the dog attacked her service dog at Hidden Oaks Dog Park in Wilkesboro, she reported.

Sonya Holcomb told officers she was at the dog park around 3:20 p.m. walking her dog and getting some exercise when a Great Dane mix came into the park and attacked her dog.

Holcomb told officers she has seen the dog before and its name was Happy. She stated Happy is always aggressive towards other dogs and she didn't know who owned the dog. Deborah Caudill, a friend of Holcomb's, said she knew the owner's name and had written down his license tag number. She gave police the information.
