ZEBULON, N.C. — The Ledford Panthers have won 14 of their last 15 games and advanced to the State Championship for the first time in program history.
Friday, Ledford topped their opponent Whiteville 10-0 in a shutout win in five innings.
Game 2 will take place Saturday morning, and game 3 (if necessary) would take place Saturday at 5 p.m.
