The NFL has announced the Carolina Panthers/Chicago Bears Week 7 matchup on Sunday, Oct. 22 was cross-flexed and will be aired on CBS/WFMY News 2 at 1 p.m.

The Panthers (4-1) hope to continue their hot start and will get a long break for the game after playing the Philadelphia Eagles this Thursday. That game is also airing on WFMY News 2 at 8:20 p.m.

The Bears started UNC's Mitch Trubisky at quarterback in their Week 5 game against Minnesota and feature NC A&T grad Tarik Cohen in the backfield. Chicago is currently 1-4 and will be the home team.

The league made some scheduling changes for their Week 7 games Wednesday, including moving the Cincinnati Bengals/Pittsburgh Steelers game to 4:25 on CBS.
