GREENSBORO, N.C. — Update: Merritt Drive has since reopened.
Merritt Drive between Immanuel Road and Gentry Street was closed Tuesday according to Greensboro city officials.
The road was closed due to a car crash involving injuries, said city officials.
Anyone driving home on their afternoon commute is encouraged to keep this in mind and take a different route.
