We've seen Florence bring out the best in humanity since it barreled into the Carolinas - stories of people helping people, babies being born, and animals riding out the storm.
We've also seen the not-so-great moments.
TENSIONS RISE AT GAS STATION
Our crews captured video of two men arguing at a Wilmington gas station on Saturday. One man appeared to brandish a gun during the exchange.
We also got a tip about suspected looting at a Family Dollar in Wilmington on Saturday. Our crews drove to the scene to check it out, and saw people running out of the store with cases of soda and other items. Police said they were "aware of the looting" but "Family Dollar management has asked not to intervene at this time."
Okay, everyone take a deep breath.
It's time for us to pack our patience and show kindness to our neighbors during a difficult time.
