Get ready for highs in the upper 40s to around 50 for Sunday. In addition, expect partly cloudy sky conditions and breezy at times with gusts near 20 mph.  A weak system is on track to clip the region Sunday into Monday, but no rain or snow likely with the exception of light precipitation in the mountains.

Warming trend:

Relief from some of the cold weather is just around the corner. Still, prepare to bundle up during the morning hours, but the afternoons will be a treat after dealing with three consecutive winter storms.

Temperatures outlook: 50s to kick off the work week, then 60s by midweek. The trade off for warmer weather, means increasing rain chances for later in the week.

A warmer and wetter pattern will take shape by midweek ahead of a cold front. The timing of the front is lining up for Thursday into Friday with showers out of ahead of it as early as Wednesday night.
