DRAMATIC RESCUE After NC Driver Ignores Flood Barriers
Drone video captures dramatic rescue after a driver ignored flood barriers and was swept off into the woods. Emergency crews rescued the people found on top of their vehicle. Thanks to the Davie Rescue Squad and Harnett Co. EOC for capturing the rescue.
