WEATHER SUMMARY:
We've got plenty of warmth coming back for the rest of the week, And lots of sunshine and dry weather to enjoy, too. We'll see plenty of sunshine for our Tuesday as we warm into the low 80s. High pressure will be our main feature for the next couple of days as it slides off shore and helps pump in warmer air along with some humidity, which is pretty typical now for late May, as we set up a summer-like weather pattern.
By the middle of the week, our heat and humidity coupled with a system from the west getting closer, will give us the chance for daily, pop-up thunderstorms in the afternoons, but we are not expecting washout days. Pop up storms are possible from Thursday, through the rest of the week. Right now, Memorial Day weekend looks to have plenty of heat and humidity and a couple of thunderstorms to watch each afternoon, about what you would expect for this time of the year. High temperatures will be in the mid 80s.
The normal low is 58, and the normal high is 79.
