LIST | Triad Schools Join Nationwide Walkout to Protest Gun Violence

Hundreds of Triad-area students will walk out of class to protest gun violence on the one-month anniversary of the Florida school shooting.

According to actionnetwork.org, over a dozen schools in our area are taking part in the nationwide walkout Wednesday.

Students from Triad Schools Plan to Participate in School Walkout

The walkouts will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday and are expected to last for 17 minutes - one minute for each of the Parkland school shooting victims.
